What had surprised us is the poor service, attitude, communication and lack of training of the entire hotel staff and specially the waitress in the steak house restaurant. We just wanted to go out of our town and travelled to Hobbs to chill and play casino. I have booked for one night stay at Zia Park & Casino together with two of my colleagues.
